There are lot of people all over the world without proper food or shelter and in certain cases they have been deprived purposefully. There may be several volunteer organisations but they  are not reaching all the people who are starving without basic necessities. How to solve this problem/

How to solve this problem indeed?  That should be the question of the century!!

…birds and bees have wings to travel from one area to the other to earn their food…when one area runs dry, they move to another…and there are barely any restricting boundaries in their paths…   They are free to pick whatever country or fruits they desire…(and why not?  All of earth belongs to them…)

So until those boundaries are removed…we are all doomed to the same starving fate… ;-)

Until fear of our own starvation comes a-crumbling down…and when the door of every house flings open wide and welcoming…the problem may be solved…

Well…this is as far as I can see for now.  And yes…I've already taken down all the gates and fences in my mind…if other people could do the same…forgive and forget and embrace all differences…and rid themselves of wuss and fear and hoarding and greed and so much more…… we may not have to worry about starvation….

Sigh. It's not as simple as it sounds.  But it is.  It takes only a certain amount of understanding…a different kind of education…

But for now…it's our great fate…to worry about starvation and disease and war….

when I saw your name given , I feared you will be  telling that it is their karma , the reason for their suffering and starvation but you have explained that it is the hoarding and greediness is the reason for all troubles. I congaratulate you for the openness.

Lol.  I ought to change my screen name because I am starting to see that it may be giving some poor folks, the “he-be-de-be-je-vees” !

Anyway, thanks Sanmugan…for tolerating me in your blog .  And as for “Karma”  I don't  see it belonging to the starvation nations at all…but to me….it's mine…all mine….

In my view, Karma is simply the reaction of an action…(whether the action is perceived as good or bad depends upon the angle of the individual viewing it…)   and in my experience of life, every action has a negative and a positive return…

Bhagavd Geetha says, that you can easily erase all your karma simply by surrendering your self to the ultimate”. I hope this will help you.

Thank you, Sanmugan, most enlightened one.  You are far too kind.

“Bhagavd Geetha says, that you can easily erase all your karma simply by surrendering your self to the ultimate”.

Sounds simple enough.  But I think not.  If “surrendering to the ultimate” was this easy, then Maya, the Enchantress would not have been able to shroud the world with her illusion so thickly…

So it must be quite a task…I mean, the Gita has been around for a while…and how many people have simply surrender to the ultimate since then?

If it was that simple a task…heck..the whole world would be free of karma by now.  So imo, it's not as simple as it sounds…scaling mount Himalayas is probably more easy to accomplish than “surrendering.”

And yet…and yet…sigh….if one has arrived at a certain level of comprehending life, “surrendering” is easy-peasy

*Deep bow *

Thanks Sanmugan.   Hopefully I will be able to check out your pod soon.  I am sure it will enlighten me.

However, I can't help but wonder.  Do we really need to be “save” from illusion?  If we are the Self…the Self ought to be everything…perhaps we, The Self is even compose of “Illusion.”

I have learned that life is a paradox. This is the whole beauty of it.   Everything exists and yet nothing exists.  When one think that the teacher arrives because the student is ready to learn…we find that the student is the actual teacher in disguise…

Perhaps all we really need to achieve is “Awareness”  or Enlightenment….because when we can see that the world is indeed an illusion and yet it's not, suffering is viewed differently…

Anyway, thanks for attempting this word dance here with me in your blog.   I am not a smooth dancer…yet…so if I stepped on your toes in the process…I humbly beg for your forgiveness…

It is understood from your messages that you understand everything well but it seems that some thing worries you. I accept everything as they are. only thing you will have to forgive me , if i made any mistakes without my knowledge.

Lol. You read me right, Sanmugan.  I'm busted.  Yep…I do worry unnecessarily.  Not for me, you see but for the rest of humanity….who are unaware that suffering can be easily transcended…but I guess everyone will arrive at this point in their own time…their own way.

Okay fine.  I will stop worrying…for now.  lol.  I promise.

And oh no no no…you never made any mistakes here.  I understand you clearly…and because of your skill in wording exactly what needed to be said…I was able to stay on the same page with you.

So thanks, once again.  My inner lamp shines brighter because you are here with me…and I am truly honored  to be able to have this conversation with you.
