A friend gave a link to ' you tube ' video while I visited that I happened to come across this. First the word 'unreal' shocked me, some how I tried to find what is given there, then I took that link and posted it here. This yogi too belongs to the Kriya Babaji tradition. seems there are so many teachers - so many paths leading to the same place,
thing is to find the path and teacher best suited to oneself
